Inclusive Communications
There are a LOT of miscommunications happening in the workplace, and these are damaging collaborations, working relationships and your ability to reach and influence customers and stakeholders.
By understanding the different ways that people process and interpret information, and the potential barriers to effective communication, you can vastly improve the way that you are able to get your message across to the right people in the right way.
In this interactive session, you will learn actionable ways to make a variety of communication methods accessible and appealing to all, as well as how to broaden your reach, engage with new audiences and maximise your impact.
Who is this course for?
This training is ideally suited to those with some basic understanding of the broader concepts of diversity and inclusion, therefore we recommend taking our Introductory Courses before moving on to Active Allyship.
This session will be of most benefit to those who regularly create content or share information as part of their roles, as well as those who lead teams, but it will benefit any staff member who needs to regularly communicate and collaborate with their team, customers and/or stakeholders.
Learning outcomes
Your team will come away with an understanding of:
