Workplace inclusion: how to engage, hire and retain diverse talent
As Head of Growth at Niya, Holly spends her day-to-day supporting organisations with their DE&I practices. She aspires to support individuals from underrepresented groups into global job opportunities and focuses on connecting refugees, women, ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals with roles in tech. Holly works closely with Heads of HR and Talent Acquisition to ensure they have the processes in place to hire and support diverse candidates and she’s deeply driven to build a more equitable workplace.
