Active Anti-Racism

Most of us believe that we’re not racist. But, when 40% of people of colour are experiencing racism in the workplace, not being racist is simply not enough. We need to move to cultures of active anti-racism in which we strive to remove systemic barriers and challenge racist attitudes and behaviours.

Becoming an anti-racist organisation is a journey in understanding the concepts, the facts and actions you can take.

This training course looks at the nature of racism, what it means to be anti-racist, and how you can create change.

This interactive session handles complex subjects in a safe environment and includes practical tips and advice to create change.

Who is this course for?

This training is ideally suited to those with some basic understanding of diversity and inclusion and unconscious bias, therefore we recommend taking our Introductory Courses before moving on to Active Anti-Racism.

This session will benefit staff at all levels and across all roles and functions in your organisation.

What our clients say

Fantastic racial inclusion training from Watch this Sp_ce. Challenged us to think both in and outside the room and we came away with a tangible ‘to-do’ list that we’re already putting into practice – with supportive facilitation, informed content and open and responsive communication throughout and beyond.
