Challenging Conversations

Our lives are filled with challenging conversations, and success in the workplace rests on being able to navigate them effectively.

This training course will help you manage negotiations, confrontations, giving and receiving negative feedback, tense workplace relationships, and confronting exclusionary behaviour.

We’re often afraid of disagreement and differences of opinion, but these can often take our organisations forward and help us find better approaches and opportunities. This session will help your team to disagree respectively and productively, and to ensure that everyone feels heard and supported.

Who is this course for?

This training is for all staff who need to manage difficult or uncomfortable conversations with their colleagues or customers from time to time in their roles. It will be particularly useful for those hoping to progress into leadership roles, or those who have recently taken on leadership responsibility, or staff who regularly have to collaborate with a variety of colleagues.
